Quality Assurance Associate III

Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain quality checklists to identify potential defects in transactions and processes - Review and select transaction samples for detailed auditing and performance evaluation - Conduct risk assessments related to performance monitoring and financial operations - Analyse upstream and downstream process connectivity to ensure end-to-end quality control - Validate audit findings with operations teams and support root cause analysis (RCA) activities - Apply self-guided problem-solving to evaluate issues and recommend the best outcomes for clients and end-users - Provide informal guidance and support to junior team members as needed - Adhere to all company policies, standards, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications - Prior experience in a quality assurance, audit, or operations support role - Strong analytical skills with the ability to work within established procedures and processes - Demonstrated ability to work with a limited degree of supervision and manage own assignments - Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly exchange information and ideas across teams - Any relevant vocational training, certifications, or equivalent professional experience is an advantage - Familiarity with risk assessment, process auditing, or financial operations monitoring is preferred Why Join Us Conduent offers a workplace that promotes individuality, professional growth, and meaningful impact for the people and organisations it serves.
