Quality Assurance Associate III

As a Quality Assurance Associate III, you will play a key role in maintaining service excellence by reviewing processes, upholding performance standards, and ensuring data accuracy across transaction processing operations. Key Responsibilities - Review current operational processes to identify trends and areas for improvement - Evaluate work output for errors and ensure compliance with contracted SLA performance standards - Apply and compare various sampling techniques to identify correct audit samples - Use workflow tools to run and analyse performance reports - Coach and mentor Level 1 auditors on sampling techniques and business process knowledge - Reconcile transaction processing data to ensure accuracy and integrity - Collaborate with external auditors including participation in SOC 1 Service and Organisational Control reporting - Manage own workload effectively and adhere to all company policies and standards Required Qualifications - Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised institution - Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience in auditing and transaction processing - 2 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance or a related operational role - Demonstrated skills in business process knowledge, auditing, and transaction reconciliation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective information exchange - Self-guided problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering the best outcomes for clients and end users Why Join Us Conduent values individuality and fosters a culture where every associate has the opportunity to thrive, make a meaningful impact, and contribute to outcomes that matter for millions of people. - Experience in quality assurance or auditing within a BPO or transaction processing environment - Knowledge of sampling techniques and SLA performance evaluation - Familiarity with SOC 1 reporting and interaction with external auditors - Proficiency in workflow tools and report generation - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to coach junior team members on QA processes - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Any graduate or postgraduate qualification
