Quality Assurance Associate III

As a Quality Assurance Associate III, you will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence by identifying process defects, conducting audits, and driving quality improvements across business operations. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain quality checklists to identify potential defects in business processes - Review transactions and select representative samples for comprehensive auditing - Conduct risk assessments related to performance monitoring and financial operations - Analyse upstream and downstream process connections to understand audit scope and impact - Validate audit findings with operations teams and participate in root cause analysis (RCA) - Apply discretion to improve work practices and enhance overall process efficiency - Provide informal guidance and mentorship to junior team members as needed - Ensure compliance with all company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications - Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognised institution - 2 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field - Demonstrated experience in risk assessment and root cause analysis - Relevant certifications in quality or process auditing are an advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey findings clearly to operations teams - Prior experience in BPO or BPM environments is preferred Why Join Us At Conduent, individuality is recognised and valued, and every associate has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact for millions of people around the world.
