Quality Assurance Associate III

As a Quality Assurance Associate III based in Kochi, you will play a key role in maintaining service excellence by auditing transactions, identifying process gaps, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a full-time permanent opportunity suited for professionals with a solid background in quality management within BPM or BPO environments. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain quality checklists to identify potential defects in business processes - Review transactions and select representative samples for auditing purposes - Conduct risk assessments related to performance monitoring and financial operations - Analyse upstream and downstream process connectivity to ensure thorough and accurate audits - Validate audit findings with operations teams and collaborate on root cause analysis - Apply discretion to modify work practices and processes in order to improve efficiency and deliver better outcomes - Provide informal guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required - Ensure full compliance with all applicable organisational policies and standards Required Qualifications - Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline - 2 to 6 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related analytical role - Hands-on experience with risk assessment and root cause analysis methodologies - Relevant certifications in quality management or equivalent practical experience preferred - Strong problem-solving ability with the capacity to work with minimal supervision - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to exchange information clearly across teams - Familiarity with BPO or BPM process environments is an advantage Why Join Us Conduent is a workplace that values individuality and empowers associates to make a meaningful difference every day.
