Project Manager - Water

Role Overview NSF is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Water to join its Gurgaon office. This role is central to managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction within the water certification and testing domain. The ideal candidate will bring strong account management skills, excellent communication abilities in both Korean and English, and a commitment to quality and integrity. Key Responsibilities - Manage assigned client accounts by coordinating across all relevant service areas and ensuring accurate, on-time project completion - Handle work orders for new projects as well as maintenance and revision of existing products for current clients - Review client requests for new services or products and route them to the appropriate internal teams - Educate clients on certification processes and communicate key regulatory and compliance information - Prepare and manage quotations and update project scope for existing clients as needed - Maintain documentation and database systems for assigned clients and products - Collaborate closely with Technical Reviewers to support successful completion of their tasks - Meet with clients at office locations, trade shows, or client facilities to foster ongoing satisfaction - Support Business Development Managers in marketing activities including trade shows, seminars, and client visits - Provide accurate information on certification requirements to clients, accreditation representatives, auditors, and regulators Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business or scientific discipline - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English - Strong teamwork, time management, and organisational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - High standards of work ethics, integrity, and attention to detail - Ability to analyse problems, make sound decisions, and take initiative - Service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction Why Join Us NSF is a globally respected organisation with over 80 years of expertise in testing, inspection, certification, and advisory services across the food, water, and life sciences sectors. - Bachelor's degree in business or a scientific field - Fluency in Korean and English (verbal and written) - Minimum 3 years of account management or customer service experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organisational and time management skills - Ability to analyse problems and make informed decisions - High attention to detail and accuracy - Familiarity with water industry standards and certification processes (preferred)
