Project Coordinator Apprentice

Role Overview Cengage, a global education technology company committed to empowering learners worldwide, is hiring a Project Coordinator Apprentice at its Noida office. This apprenticeship role is ideal for recent graduates who are within 3 years of completing their Bachelor's degree and are eager to build a career in project coordination and content production. Please note that candidates must not have previously completed a NATS apprenticeship to be eligible for this position. Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to portfolio and production teams to ensure smooth workflow execution - Coordinate and track multiple operational workflows, maintaining accurate records across internal systems related to vendors, projects, and product operations - Facilitate onboarding of vendors, content creators, and external partners, including account creation, systems access, and payment configuration - Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor queries related to invoices, payments, and system access, resolving issues in a timely manner - Create Statements of Work (SOWs) and purchase orders, and review, code, and submit invoices for approval and payment tracking - Perform a range of production and project management tasks including data entry, content uploading and downloading, recruiting content reviewers and subject matter experts, and managing email inboxes - Organise, schedule, and facilitate team meetings as required Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree completed within the last 3 years with the ability to commute to the Noida office - Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently - Proficiency in common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and other project management software - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented approach - Familiarity with financial processes such as invoice tracking, vendor management, or purchase orders is an added advantage Why Join Us At Cengage, you will be part of a mission-driven team that is transforming education for millions of learners across the globe through innovation and technology.
