Program Success Manager

Role Overview Kidvento Education and Research is seeking a passionate Program Success Manager to join our customer success team in Coimbatore. In this role, you will build and maintain strong client relationships by providing onboarding, product training, and ongoing support. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills to kick-start their careers in the education sector. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. - Offer product training and support to customers throughout their subscription term. - Address and resolve client issues promptly, keeping detailed records of customer interactions. - Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify areas for improvement and resolve issues. - Capture, analyze, and utilize customer data to create insightful reports and dashboards. - Manage CRM systems and other customer success tools to track customer activity. - Interact with customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. - Travel regularly to client locations within the assigned region for customer meetings. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent qualification. - Zero to one year of experience, with fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities. - Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM software tools. - Ability and willingness to travel regularly to client sites in the region.
