Program Officer

Role Overview Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), through its affiliate WJCF, is seeking a motivated Program Officer to join the Malaria Technical Support Unit in Delhi. In this role, you will strengthen program management, monitor and evaluate data reporting systems, and support malaria elimination goals. This is a significant opportunity to provide technical and analytical support within the NCVBDC division. Key Responsibilities - Clean, consolidate, and conduct multi-dimensional analysis on programmatic malaria surveillance data. - Assess the existing surveillance framework, identify operational gaps, and suggest process improvements. - Develop, operationalize, and manage a comprehensive surveillance data quality assurance framework. - Maintain scoring systems, prioritizing dashboards and other decision support tools for state and district levels. - Create technical briefs, reports, and presentations to communicate findings to government officials. - Undertake periodic visits to states and districts to identify implementation challenges and address gaps. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, economics, sociology, or related fields. - At least six years of professional experience, or four years if holding a Master's degree. - Prior experience in demanding private sector environments like strategy consulting or public advisory. - Proven experience with monitoring and evaluation, data analytics, and dashboard development. - High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard visualization tools.
