Product Owner

Role Overview RingCentral is searching for a dynamic Product Owner in Bengaluru to lead the development and transformation of our Salesforce CRM applications. In this role, you will define the product vision, partner with business stakeholders, and oversee development teams to build scalable lead processing and quoting systems. Key Responsibilities - Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for lead processing, quoting, and contract management - Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and propose solutions - Partner with UX teams to enhance customer experience using the Salesforce Lightning Design System - Define functional requirements and technical implementation specifications for development sprints - Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Take ownership of the product backlog, prioritize delivery, and lead sprint demo sessions - Analyze Salesforce CRM data using SOQL queries to make data-driven product decisions - Proactively identify project risks and manage trade-offs to ensure timely project delivery Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical field - At least 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Product Owner or Product Manager roles - Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, specifically Sales Cloud and Lightning Design System - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency with Agile methodologies, product backlog refinement, and Scrum practices Why Join Us At RingCentral, we foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and career progression.
