Product Manager

Role Overview TECHBLOCKS is seeking a Product Manager in Hyderabad with deep expertise in retail store technology. You will partner with business, engineering, and UX teams to define and deliver enhancements across our store systems. Your mission will be to design seamless retail operations and omnichannel customer experiences. Key Responsibilities - Define and execute the product roadmap for retail technology and store systems. - Translate business objectives into scalable product solutions, prioritizing features based on customer value. - Manage product enhancements across POS, self-checkout, returns, loyalty, and promotions. - Gather requirements from stakeholders and create business requirements documents and user stories. - Lead grooming sessions and support engineering teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle. - Analyze store processes to identify opportunities to improve checkout efficiency and inventory accuracy. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related technical discipline. - 5 or more years of experience in product management roles. - 3 or more years of experience working specifically with retail store systems. - Strong understanding of POS systems, self-checkout, omnichannel retail, and payments. - Proficiency in writing detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
