Role Overview
FULL Creative is looking for a dedicated Product Expert to join their growing team in a remote-friendly environment. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between the product and its users, ensuring customers receive outstanding support while actively contributing to product improvement. You will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, drive resolutions, and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, replicate, and resolve product-related issues reported by customers
- Understand and address customer queries with creative and effective solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams while maintaining strong attention to detail during issue analysis
- Develop and maintain thorough product knowledge to support continuous improvement
- Meet and exceed KPIs and team objectives within defined timelines
- Build problem-solving skills focused on enhancing product performance and reliability
- Adapt to evolving processes and contribute to ongoing product transformation
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical or customer support role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot application-level issues
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Good documentation skills for tracking issues and managing support tickets
- Familiarity with common professional applications and technologies
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 flexible shift environment
- Access to a private workspace with stable internet above 100 Mbps, power backup, and readiness for video calls

Requirements
