Role Overview
Cognizant is looking for an experienced Process Trainer to join its Customer Success and Operations team at its Coimbatore facility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in contact centre or BPO environments and will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs that enhance agent performance. This is a full-time, permanent, work-from-office role with rotational shift requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver process training sessions for new and existing team members in voice, chat, and email support functions
- Track training effectiveness through assessments and evaluations, and share detailed performance summaries with stakeholders
- Conduct soft skills, voice and accent, and customer service training to improve overall communication quality
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify training gaps and implement corrective learning modules
- Support the onboarding of new hires and ensure alignment with process standards and client expectations
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a contact centre or BPO environment handling voice, chat, and email processes
- Any graduate degree from a recognised university
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience as a trainer with knowledge of soft skills training, voice and accent neutralisation, and US Healthcare processes is preferred
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
