Process Developer - Order To Cash - Collections

Role Overview We are seeking a Process Developer for our Order To Cash - Collections function. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations while maintaining service level agreements and solving queries related to cash application and customer coordination. Key Responsibilities - Make collection calls to customers and manage communication via email, fax, or mail for invoice delivery as per customer requests - Identify and resolve unidentified cash, managing the complete end-to-end process of cash applications - Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites, ensuring Daily Receipt Reconciliation is completed in a timely, accurate, and confidential manner - Follow up on customer and internal disputes, address customer questions, and coordinate between departments to achieve resolution - Reconcile orders to match customer books, including validating credits or debits and coordinating collection or refund processes Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree - Strong English language skills in both verbal and written communication - Meaningful experience in collections and Accounts Receivable operations Why Join Us Join Genpact and be part of a transformation leader working at the cutting edge of AI, automation, and digital innovation.
