Process Developer - International Voice Collections Representative

Role Overview Join Genpact as a Process Developer and Collections Representative handling US-based international voice processes. You will be responsible for managing delinquent accounts through high-volume outbound calls, negotiating payment arrangements, and providing financial guidance to customers while maintaining strict compliance standards. Key Responsibilities - Make high-volume calls to US customers to collect payments on delinquent accounts using multiple payment methods available in the system - Negotiate debit or ACH payment options with customers to secure payment plans and agreements over the phone - Listen for hardship indicators in customer conversations and document account information appropriately to reflect customer circumstances - Update customer account information including telephone, mobile, address, email and process required letters for account transfer notifications or payment encouragement - Record financial status information and collection efforts using automated collections software while maintaining accurate documentation - Establish payment schedules, grant payment deadline extensions, or arrange temporary payment suspensions as authorized - Settle accounts within authorized limits or escalate for supervisor review and approval of settlement agreements Required Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent - Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in international voice processes within a US-driven environment - Proficiency in computer usage including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with good typing skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English - Ability to work rotating shifts and flexible weekly offs - High level of integrity and commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations - Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with established quality standards and timelines Why Join Us Genpact is a leading technology services company driving AI and digital innovation across global enterprises.
