Process Associate - US Healthcare Claims Processing

Role Overview Wipro is hiring Process Associates to join its customer operations team in Kolkata. This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity suited for H.Sc and graduate freshers with strong English communication skills and a willingness to work late evening or night shifts. Prior exposure to US healthcare processes will be considered an added advantage. Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound client queries received via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner - Record and track all end user information, query details, and resolution steps using designated tracking software - Resolve client issues in alignment with the SLAs outlined in the service contract - Update availability and productivity data in the RAVE system on an ongoing basis - Access internal knowledge bases and FAQs to deliver timely and accurate solutions to clients - Analyze call logs to identify recurring issues and take proactive steps to prevent repeat problems - Maintain and update self-help documents to reduce average resolution time - Escalate unresolved or high-priority issues to the Team Leader without delay - Guide clients through step-by-step troubleshooting in a user-friendly and patient manner - Ensure all product disclosures and compliance requirements are met during every client interaction - Make scheduled follow-up calls to gather customer feedback and confirm SLA adherence - Participate in product-specific training sessions to stay updated on features, changes, and process updates - Collaborate with team leaders to identify learning gaps and improve overall service delivery Required Qualifications - H.Sc or any graduate degree; freshers are welcome to apply - Excellent spoken and written English communication skills - Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute with 90 percent accuracy - Must qualify the SVAR (Spoken Voice and Accent Rating) test as part of the selection process - Basic knowledge of computer operations and standard office tools - Strong listening skills and a customer-first mindset - Knowledge of claims processing is mandatory; US healthcare experience is a plus - Willingness to work in late evening and night shifts on a fixed schedule - Must be available to work from the Kolkata office; remote work is not applicable Why Join Us Wipro is a globally recognized IT services leader offering structured training, career growth pathways, and a dynamic work environment.
