Process Associate - Order To Cash - Collections

Role Overview We are seeking a Process Associate with Order To Cash domain expertise to manage collections operations and drive resolution of past due invoices. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment at Genpact, where you will contribute to streamlining collections processes and delivering quality customer service to global enterprises. Key Responsibilities - Manage collection activities on past due invoices and invalid deductions through multiple communication channels including email and phone calls - Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to disputed invoices and provide resolutions - Research, analyze, and resolve disputes and deductions within the ERP system - Coordinate with various internal departments to obtain supporting documentation and information needed for dispute resolution - Track and monitor past due portfolios through daily reporting and implement effective collections strategies - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend automation solutions to enhance efficiency - Deliver exceptional customer service by researching and responding to all partner inquiries in a timely and authoritative manner - Escalate critical issues to senior management and work collaboratively with team members on special requests Required Qualifications - Post Graduate degree in any specialization - Excellent command of English language with strong interpersonal skills - Prior experience in collections management is preferred - Understanding of Order To Cash processes and collections workflows Why Join Us Join Genpact and be part of a transformation leader in AI, automation, and digital innovation.
