Presentation Specialist Trainee

Key Responsibilities The Presentation Specialist Trainee will be responsible for developing professional PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel templates tailored to the requirements of international clients. This includes building visually compelling slides from scratch using handwritten notes, scanned files, and PDF source materials, while applying creative thinking and attention to design consistency. The role also involves reformatting existing presentations to align with client-specified templates and branding standards. Candidates must be capable of managing projects independently from initiation to final delivery with minimal supervisory intervention. A self-directed quality assurance approach is essential, ensuring all outputs are accurate, polished, and error-free before submission. Required Qualifications Any graduate (except law) with certifications or additional coursework in presentation design, graphics, or document production will be preferred. Between 0 and 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, is required. A typing speed of 30 words per minute or above is expected. Strong written and spoken English communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and exercise sound judgment without close oversight. The candidate must be adaptable to process changes, willing to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment including night shifts, and comfortable with weekend working schedules. Familiarity with design tools such as CorelDraw or Adobe InDesign would be a bonus, though not mandatory.
