Premier Service Manager

Role Overview Join HSBC as a Premier Service Manager and deliver an exceptional customer experience within our International Wealth and Premier Banking branch network. This client-facing role is key to executing our multiyear growth strategy, providing borderless banking and world-class wealth management in India. You will support relationship managers by servicing walk-in customers and managing their complex requirements. Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality support to Premier Relationship Managers to drive acquisition, cross-sales, and growth. - Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless service and relationship management. - Develop extensive knowledge of HSBC systems and procedures to efficiently handle client transactions. - Proactively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service delivery. - Maintain high standards of operational control and compliance in line with HSBC expectations. - Promote credit card and general insurance products to meet key performance indicators. Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Communication, or a related field. - Two to five years of experience in a customer service or retail banking environment. - Sound understanding of branch banking operations, customer compliance, and service requirements. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with high-net-worth clients. - Certifications in FEDAI, NISM (Demat), and IRDA, or willingness to obtain them within 3-6 months.
