PowerShell Developer

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced PowerShell Developer to join our Identity and Access Management team. In this role, you will develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for IAM automation, manage user provisioning and access controls across enterprise environments. You will work with modern identity platforms including Omada Identity, Active Directory, and Azure Entra ID to deliver robust automation solutions. Key Responsibilities - Develop, maintain, and optimize PowerShell scripts for identity and access management automation - Design and implement user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows - Manage access controls and implement role-based access control systems - Integrate multiple systems using RESTful APIs and JSON-based integration scripting - Support continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Git and GitHub - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments - Ensure security and compliance standards are met throughout development processes Required Qualifications - 4-6 years of hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and automation - Strong experience with IAM and IGA platforms, preferably Omada Identity - Expertise with Active Directory including user management, groups, organizational units, and permissions - Hands-on experience with Azure Entra ID for user, group, and role management - Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON for system integration - Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Why Join Us Join Tata Consultancy Services, a global leader in IT services and consulting.
