Role Overview Pallavi Group of Schools, Hyderabad, one of the city's most respected educational institutions, is looking for a capable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the Executive Director and Director at Boduppal Education Society. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring a professional who can handle a dynamic work environment with discretion and efficiency. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of coordination for the Director's office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities - Place a daily call at 7:00 AM to confirm the Director's agenda and communicate priorities to all relevant staff and departments - Prepare and circulate agendas and minutes for daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly meetings - Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate events, and handle all follow-ups - Draft and manage correspondence including letters, emails, and reports on behalf of the Director - Compile and analyse school quality data including academic results, performance reports, and institutional assessments - Conduct research from organisations such as OECD, NCEE, CBSE, NCERT, UNICEF, and UNESCO to support new educational initiatives - Assist in the preparation and submission of projects for sanctions and approvals - Coordinate with school and college staff, parents, and external stakeholders as required - Support preparation of materials for Cambridge Training programmes and other academic sessions - Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for the Director's office - Arrange travel and logistics for the Director as and when required Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline - Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a school or academic setting - Strong command of written and verbal English communication - Proficiency in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as email and calendar management - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality - High level of organisational ability, interpersonal skills, and professional discretion Why Join Us Pallavi Group of Schools offers a structured and intellectually stimulating work environment where your administrative expertise will directly support leadership driving world-class education. - Experience in personal assistance or executive administrative support roles - Proficiency in diary management and multi-stakeholder scheduling - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Competency in MS Office, email, and digital calendar tools - Ability to analyse data and prepare structured reports - Research skills with familiarity of educational bodies such as CBSE, NCERT, and UNESCO - High level of discretion in handling confidential information - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
