PeopleSoft Technical Lead - FSCM Oracle ESaaS

Role Overview Zensar is looking for a skilled PeopleSoft Technical Professional to join its Oracle ESaaS practice in Pune. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM across implementation, support, and upgrade engagements. You will work in a dynamic Agile environment, collaborating with both technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft FSCM solutions across modules including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, General Ledger, and Inventory Management - Build and enhance customisations using PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, BI Publisher, File Layout, and PS Query - Participate actively in implementation, support, and upgrade projects following Agile development practices - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business needs, and deliver robust technical solutions - Ensure proper documentation of technical specifications, code, and configuration for all deliverables - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within PeopleSoft environments in a timely manner Required Qualifications - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.0 and 9.2 - Proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, BI Publisher, File Layout, and PS Query - Strong working knowledge of Oracle Database - Experience on PeopleSoft implementation, support, and upgrade projects - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking abilities - Graduate degree in B.Tech, B.E., MCA, or equivalent discipline - Exposure to PeopleTools version 8.55 or later is an added advantage Why Join Us Zensar is a globally recognised technology and services company that offers exciting career growth opportunities within its Oracle practice.
