Order to Cash Senior Executive

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Order to Cash Senior Executive to manage the complete order to cash process in our Bengaluru office. This is a client-facing role where you will handle invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and accounts receivable reporting. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure timely cash collection and process improvement. Key Responsibilities - Create draft and pre-billing invoices and communicate with customers for collection of receivables - Liaise with stakeholders for escalations, past due reminders, and legal notices - Update credit ratings for customers as per company policy and achieve monthly collection targets - Prepare and maintain SOPs, process maps, and documentation for the order to cash process - Process cash application, unallocated cash, rebates, and refunds - Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and other ad-hoc reports as required - Perform month-end close activities and reconciliations - Follow up with clients for payments through email and telephone on a regular basis - Contribute to process improvement, simplification, and automation initiatives Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce degree with strong accounting knowledge - 2-4 years of prior experience in Accounts Receivable - Advanced Excel proficiency including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, and index functions - Strong written and oral communication skills with client-facing experience - ERP experience is an added advantage Why Join Us Join EXL, a 25-year-old legacy company where excellence meets opportunity.
