Job Description

Role Overview Accenture is hiring an Order to Cash Operations Associate to join its Finance Operations vertical in Gurugram. In this role, you will support end-to-end billing processing activities, from generating customer invoices to ensuring accurate reconciliation and timely revenue collection. This is an excellent opportunity for commerce graduates with hands-on experience in Order to Cash cycles to grow within a globally recognised professional services organisation. Key Responsibilities - Design and configure processes for creating and issuing accurate customer invoices from initiation to final issuance - Collect and analyse operational data and financial reports to support billing and reconciliation activities - Manage routine Order to Cash tasks including credit management, invoicing, cash application, and payment processing - Resolve day-to-day operational issues by referring to established guidelines and precedents - Coordinate within your team and with direct supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks - Maintain accuracy in handling receivables and contribute to improved cash flow and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in Order to Cash, billing, collections, or a related finance operations role - Familiarity with billing processing, cash application, deductions management, and dispute resolution - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial data handling - Willingness to work in rotational shifts as required Why Join Us Accenture is a global leader in digital, cloud, and security-driven professional services, supporting clients across more than 120 countries with a workforce of over 784,000 professionals. Requirements

- BCom degree from a recognised university - 1 to 3 years of experience in Order to Cash or billing operations - Knowledge of billing processing, cash application, and collections - Experience with deductions management and dispute resolution - Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure - Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills - Quick learning ability and adaptability to changing work environments - Willingness to work in rotational shifts
