Order to Cash Operations Analyst

Role Overview Accenture is seeking an Order to Cash Operations Analyst to join its Finance Operations vertical in Gurugram. In this role, you will support end-to-end order-to-cash processes including billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation to help clients maintain healthy cash flow and operational efficiency. You will work as an individual contributor within a collaborative team environment, handling moderate-complexity tasks under structured guidance. Key Responsibilities - Process and manage customer invoices from creation through issuance and receivable generation - Collect and analyse operational data and financial reports to support accurate billing outcomes - Perform transaction reconciliation and support cash application, collections, and dispute resolution activities - Collaborate with internal peers and report updates to supervisors on daily work progress - Follow moderate-level instructions for routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments - Contribute to process design and technology configuration that supports billing and invoicing workflows Required Qualifications - Any graduation degree from a recognised university - 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Order to Cash operations - Working knowledge of billing processing, cash application, collections, deductions, and dispute management - Familiarity with end-to-end O2C cycle including order management, credit management, and payment processing - Ability to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements Why Join Us Accenture is a globally recognised professional services leader operating across more than 120 countries with a workforce of over 784,000 professionals delivering cutting-edge digital, cloud, and security solutions.
