Order Fulfilment Analyst - Kinaxis RapidResponse

Role Overview Logitech is looking for an experienced Order Fulfilment Analyst with strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse to join its Business Engagement organization within IT. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations and technology, focused on designing, implementing, and delivering advanced capabilities for Global Operations and Supply Chain business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams spanning operations, supply chain, and IT to drive meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional, technical, and operational requirements for supply chain and order fulfilment processes - Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between existing system capabilities and desired business outcomes - Translate complex business processes into scalable system solutions following industry best practices - Configure Kinaxis Supply Planning and Order Fulfilment modules to meet business requirements - Design, build, and maintain dashboards, workbooks, worksheets, and scripts within the Kinaxis RapidResponse application - Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing maintenance and administration of the RapidResponse environment - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation covering system design, configuration, and data integration with edge applications - Support Oracle eBS Supply Chain modules including Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and Purchasing Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and operations projects - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations - Proficiency in configuring Supply Planning and Order Fulfilment applications - Experience working with Oracle eBS Supply Chain modules - Kinaxis Authoring Level 2 Certification - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence business stakeholders - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management - Fluency in English Why Join Us Logitech is a global brand built on authenticity, inclusion, and a deep commitment to both people and the planet, offering a flexible hybrid work environment and comprehensive benefits designed to support your overall wellbeing.
