Order Fulfilment Analyst (Kinaxis)

Role Overview Logitech is looking for a skilled Order Fulfilment Analyst with hands-on Kinaxis expertise to join its Business Engagement team within IT. This is a mid-senior role focused on designing, implementing, and sustaining supply chain and order fulfilment capabilities for global operations. You will work at the intersection of IT and supply chain, collaborating with stakeholders across functions to deliver meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Engage with business stakeholders to gather functional, technical, and operational requirements for supply chain systems - Conduct gap analysis to identify differences between existing capabilities and target business outcomes - Translate business processes into scalable system solutions following industry best practices - Configure Kinaxis RapidResponse modules for supply planning and order fulfilment - Design, build, and maintain dashboards, workbooks, worksheets, and scripts within the Kinaxis RapidResponse platform - Troubleshoot platform issues and carry out ongoing maintenance and administration of RapidResponse - Develop and maintain detailed documentation covering system design, configuration, and data integration with edge applications - Collaborate across operations, supply chain, and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience delivering supply chain and operations projects - At least 3 years of specialised experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations - Hands-on experience with Oracle eBS supply chain modules including Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and Purchasing - Proven ability to configure supply planning and order fulfilment applications - Authoring Level 2 Certification in Kinaxis RapidResponse - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to articulate solutions to business stakeholders - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management - Fluency in English Why Join Us Logitech is a globally recognised brand that champions diversity, inclusion, and a flexible hybrid work culture that supports both personal and professional growth. - 5+ years of experience in supply chain and operations project delivery - 3+ years specialising in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations - Kinaxis Authoring Level 2 Certification - Experience with Oracle eBS modules including Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and Purchasing - Proficiency in configuring supply planning and order fulfilment applications - Ability to build and maintain dashboards, workbooks, and scripts in Kinaxis RapidResponse - Strong gap analysis and business process translation skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management - Fluency in English
