Order Fulfillment Senior Analyst - Kinaxis

Role Overview Logitech is looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment Senior Analyst with deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse to join its Business Engagement organization within IT. This role is central to designing, implementing, and delivering new capabilities that support Global Operations and Supply Chain functions. You will work at the intersection of technology and business, ensuring that systems and infrastructure drive operational excellence across the supply chain ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Build strong strategic partnerships with Supply Chain and Operations leadership teams - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather functional, technical, and operational requirements - Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current system capabilities and desired business outcomes - Translate business processes into scalable system solutions following industry best practices - Configure Kinaxis Supply Planning and Order Fulfillment modules to meet organizational goals - Design, build, and maintain dashboards, workbooks, worksheets, and scripts within the Kinaxis Rapid Response application - Troubleshoot, administer, and provide ongoing maintenance of the Rapid Response platform - Develop and maintain detailed documentation covering system design, configuration, integration, and performance metrics - Manage stakeholder expectations around solution capabilities, delivery timelines, and constraints - Participate in evaluation of software platforms and technology stacks aligned with business objectives Required Qualifications - 10 or more years of experience in supply chain and operations project delivery - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience specializing in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations - Experience with Oracle eBS Supply Chain modules including Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and Purchasing - Contributor and Authoring Level 2 Certification in Kinaxis - Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to influence business outcomes - Proven project and portfolio management capabilities with SMART KPI focus - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management - Fluency in English Why Join Us Logitech offers a flexible hybrid work environment that champions diversity, inclusion, and individual wellbeing, making it an outstanding place to grow your career.
