Order Fulfillment Senior Analyst - Kinaxis

Role Overview Logitech is looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment Senior Analyst with deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse to join its Business Engagement organization within IT. This is a senior-level role focused on designing, implementing, and delivering new capabilities for Global Operations and Supply Chain business functions. You will work at the intersection of technology and operations, ensuring systems support excellence across the supply chain ecosystem through cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Build strategic partnerships with Supply Chain and Operations leadership to align technology solutions with business goals - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional, technical, and operational requirements and conduct gap analysis - Configure Kinaxis Supply Planning and Order Fulfillment modules to address business needs - Design, build, and maintain dashboards, workbooks, worksheets, and scripts within the Kinaxis Rapid Response application - Troubleshoot, administer, and provide ongoing maintenance of the Rapid Response platform - Translate business processes into scalable system solutions following industry best practices - Develop and maintain detailed documentation covering system design, configuration, integration, and performance metrics - Manage stakeholder expectations on delivery timelines, solution capabilities, and constraints - Participate in evaluation of software platforms and technology stacks aligned with organizational objectives Required Qualifications - 10 or more years of experience delivering supply chain and operations projects - Minimum 5 years of hands-on specialization in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations - Experience with Oracle eBS Supply Chain modules including Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and Purchasing - Proven ability to configure Supply Planning and Order Fulfillment applications - Contributor and Authoring Level 2 Certification in Kinaxis - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on SMART KPI-driven performance measurement - Demonstrated project and portfolio management capabilities with prioritization and execution skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management - Fluency in English Why Join Us Logitech is a values-driven global organization that champions diversity, inclusion, and flexibility, offering a hybrid work model that supports both personal wellbeing and professional growth. - 10 plus years of experience in supply chain and operations project delivery - 5 plus years specializing in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation - Experience with Oracle eBS Supply Chain modules including Order Management, Shipping, Inventory, and Purchasing - Kinaxis Contributor and Authoring Level 2 Certification - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Business Process Reengineering skills preferred - Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana or Monday - Understanding of Design Thinking principles - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management - Project Management certification is a plus
