Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant

Role Overview Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant with deep expertise in construction industry finance operations. This is a virtual drive opportunity open to candidates across India, with positions available in Mumbai and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will bring over nine years of hands-on experience configuring, customising, and supporting Oracle Fusion financial modules in large-scale infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities - Set up and customise Oracle Fusion modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Project Accounting to suit construction-specific financial workflows - Integrate Oracle Financials with project management and billing systems to enable accurate tracking of budgets, expenditures, and profitability across construction phases - Manage end-of-period financial closures, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure timely and accurate financial statements - Maintain system configurations and documentation in line with internal controls, tax regulations, and audit requirements - Diagnose and resolve functional issues related to financial transactions, reporting, and system integrations - Conduct training workshops and collaborate with finance, project management, and IT stakeholders to support smooth system adoption Required Qualifications - Minimum nine years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, and FA - Proven ability to streamline financial workflows such as procurement-to-pay, project accounting, and asset capitalisation in infrastructure or construction projects - Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax structures, and audit compliance relevant to large-scale infrastructure environments - Proficiency in configuring Oracle Fusion applications and customising financial reports to meet organisation-specific requirements - Experience integrating Oracle Cloud Financials with project costing and billing platforms - B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialisation Why Join Us Tata Consultancy Services is one of India's most respected technology and consulting firms, offering unmatched career growth, global exposure, and a collaborative work culture.
