Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to join our IT Consulting team. You will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Financials modules across multiple countries. This is a full-time permanent position offering the opportunity to work on complex financial systems and lead multi-country rollout projects. Key Responsibilities - Implement, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management - Gather detailed requirements from clients and analyze gaps between current systems and desired outcomes - Conduct design workshops and produce proof-of-concept demonstrations for stakeholders - Provide functional solutions addressing both standard and custom requirements with focus on India localization features - Collaborate with client teams and onsite colleagues to build comprehensive global solutions for multi-country implementations Required Qualifications - 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules - Expertise in GL, AP, AR, CM, FA and India localization knowledge - Bachelor degree in B.Tech, B.E., B.A., B.Sc., or B.Com from a recognized institution - Strong understanding of implementation, configuration, rollout, application maintenance and support Why Join Us Join Tata Consultancy Services and work on global financial transformation projects.
