Job Description

Role Overview Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations and deployments of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions. You will work with complex client business processes, design configurations, and ensure successful go-live support for financial systems. This is a full-time permanent position offering the opportunity to work on enterprise-level Oracle ERP implementations. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations, rollouts, and upgrade projects for enterprise clients - Gather and analyze complex client business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion solutions - Configure core financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management - Lead execution of Conference Room Pilots, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing phases - Provide post-go-live hypercare support, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver end-user training Required Qualifications - 4 to 12 years of Oracle ERP experience with minimum 2 to 3 years on Oracle Fusion Cloud - Strong functional knowledge of financial processes including Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay - Understanding of data migration concepts, approval configurations, and basic page personalization - Knowledge of accounting hub rules and intercompany setups - Bachelor's degree in any discipline Why Join Us Join TCS to advance your career with a global IT services leader on cutting-edge enterprise solutions. Requirements

- 4 to 12 years Oracle ERP implementation experience - 2 to 3 years hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience - Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets modules - Process expertise in Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay - Data migration and configuration management skills - Approval workflow and page personalization capabilities - Accounting hub rules and intercompany setup knowledge - Bachelor's degree from any discipline - Excellent analytical and communication skills
