Role Overview
Avyukt Healthcare Solutions is looking for a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee healthcare facility operations and manage corporate client accounts from our Noida office. This is a full-time, on-site role suited to professionals with a background in healthcare operations, key account management, and team leadership. Immediate joiners will be given priority in the selection process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned OHC and Medical Room facilities in line with agreed SOPs and SLAs
- Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to maintain service quality and regulatory compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and resolve concerns and escalations in a timely manner
- Build lasting relationships with key client stakeholders and conduct periodic performance review meetings
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive account growth across multiple client portfolios
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, contractual obligations, and clinical protocols
- Track renewals of contracts, purchase orders, and relevant licensing documentation
- Coordinate invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups while monitoring account profitability
- Mentor onsite healthcare staff, conduct performance reviews, and lead training initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams across sales, HR, logistics, and clinical departments to meet client expectations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is preferred
- 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare operations and client or key account management
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and the MS Office suite
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and operational reporting tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in healthcare operations and key account management
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- Strong key account management and client servicing skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office Suite
- Experience with CRM software and reporting tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
