Operations Associate

Role Overview ANSATA - Professional Audio is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join their Bengaluru team. In this role, you will be at the heart of daily operations, managing order processing, inventory coordination, and documentation to ensure smooth and efficient business workflows. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in operations or logistics who are looking to grow within a dynamic audio equipment company. Key Responsibilities - Receive, verify, and accurately process customer orders on a day-to-day basis - Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for products dispatched on a Demo or Return basis - Track and follow up on Demo and Return products to ensure timely resolution and closure - Coordinate effectively with sales and logistics teams to manage inventory movement - Reconcile inventory records regularly to maintain high stock accuracy - Generate operational reports and keep all relevant documentation up to date - Ensure adherence to internal processes, guidelines, and company policies at all times Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university - Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills - Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow up proactively - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure - Prior experience in operations, inventory management, logistics, or order processing will be an added advantage Why Join Us At ANSATA - Professional Audio, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative work environment where your contributions are valued and your career growth is actively supported.
