Operations Associate

Role Overview Magma Holding Company seeks an Operations Associate to serve as a Chief of Staff and Founder's Office resource, working directly with the founder and leadership team across multiple business verticals. This is a comprehensive execution role spanning hiring, sales, marketing, operations, and strategic initiatives. You will act as the execution engine driving accountability and performance across all portfolio companies in the outsourcing and global services ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Partner with the founder on company strategy, execution planning, and cross-functional coordination - Drive end-to-end hiring processes across operations, sales, marketing, and delivery teams while building scalable recruitment funnels - Execute sales strategies including lead generation, CRM management, client outreach, and business development initiatives - Plan and execute marketing initiatives including LinkedIn growth, outbound campaigns, content creation, and strategic partnerships - Create standard operating procedures, performance dashboards, and reporting frameworks to ensure operational excellence - Track and monitor key performance indicators across revenue, hiring, profitability, and client success metrics - Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable systems, automation, and process improvements Required Qualifications - Two to five years of professional experience in roles such as Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or Business Development - Background in outsourcing, BPO, consulting, agencies, or fast-growing startups is preferred - Strong operator mindset with demonstrated ability to take action and drive results - Experience managing hiring pipelines, sales operations, marketing execution, or business operations Why Join Us This role offers direct exposure to business building and scaling multiple service companies within a holding structure.
