Job Description

Role Overview Herbalife International India is looking for a Member Operations Officer to join its Global Business Services team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for Herbalife Associates and Preferred Customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a strong focus on first-call resolution. You will uphold Herbalife's vision and values by delivering accurate, empathetic, and efficient support across all business inquiries. Key Responsibilities - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from Associates and Customers in a timely and professional manner - Log and track all interactions accurately using the Herbalife Contact Management (HCM) system - Take full ownership of customer inquiries through thorough troubleshooting, research, and resolution - Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide well-informed solutions to ensure satisfaction - Promote Herbalife products, marketing campaigns, and sales tools in alignment with company goals - Guide Associates on business decisions by adhering to company policies and the Career Manual - Escalate complex issues appropriately using established escalation methods - Proactively identify problems and opportunities to improve service quality Required Qualifications - 0 to 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command of English - Ability to manage large volumes of calls efficiently while maintaining quality standards - Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook - Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team - Adaptability to new systems, technologies, and evolving organizational needs Why Join Us Herbalife is a globally recognised wellness brand offering a dynamic and growth-oriented work environment where your contributions are valued. Requirements
