Offer/Project Quality leader, Design for Safety & Reliability

Role Overview Schneider Electric is seeking an Offer and Project Quality Leader to drive quality and customer satisfaction for our worldwide single-phase uninterruptible power supply products. Based in Bengaluru, you will collect customer feedback, set project quality goals, and lead safety compliance across the product lifecycle. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our solutions deliver high reliability and safety to customers globally. Key Responsibilities - Define and track project quality goals and metrics, highlighting risks and gaps to key stakeholders. - Lead product quality reviews and co-pilot project execution alongside the Project Manager. - Define quality priorities, oversee quality assurance plans, and lead Change Control Board outcomes. - Review Verification and Validation test plans to guarantee offer safety and regulatory compliance. - Drive reliability methodologies including APQP, FMEA, FTA, and 8D problem-solving processes. - Perform Quality Management System (QMS) audits and ISO 9001 internal audits to ensure compliance. - Collect and analyze range quality data globally, focus on customer satisfaction, and lead continuous improvement. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. - Extensive quality leadership experience in the electrical or electronics industry. - Strong expertise in Design for Reliability, APQP, Six Sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, and FTA. - Proven experience with QMS compliance audits and ISO 9001 standards. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
