Non-Voice Process Backend Executive

Role Overview Wipro is actively looking for motivated graduates to join its Non-Voice Backend Process team at its Noida office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are ready to contribute to a fast-paced BPO environment. Immediate joiners are preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities - Handle backend non-voice process tasks with accuracy and attention to detail - Process and manage data, claims, or BPO operations using computer and Excel tools - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of backend tasks - Maintain quality and productivity standards as per Wipro process guidelines - Work efficiently in rotational shift schedules including night shifts Required Qualifications - Any graduate with a Bachelor degree such as B.Com, B.A, or BBA (candidates with B.Tech, BE, LLB, B.Ed, BSc IT, MCA, or regular MBA are not eligible) - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal - Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations - Willingness to work from office in Noida on a rotational shift basis including night shifts - Must have provisional and consolidated marksheets available at the time of joining Why Join Us Wipro is a globally recognised technology and services company that offers a structured work environment, a 5-day workweek with fixed Saturday and Sunday off, and strong career growth opportunities in the BPO and backend operations domain.
