Network Voice Cisco UCM Administrator

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Network Voice Cisco UCM Administrator to join our team in a full-time permanent position. This role involves managing and supporting enterprise network infrastructure with a focus on unified communications and advanced networking technologies. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex network components in a demanding IT services environment. Key Responsibilities - Install, configure, and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, Panorama, and global protect VPN solutions for secure network connectivity - Manage and maintain wireless LAN infrastructure including access points, SSID configuration, and enterprise WLAN controllers such as Cisco WLC, Aruba, or Meraki - Administer Cisco unified communications components including CUCM, Unity, Expressway, CUBE, and related voice technologies - Design and implement Wi-Fi networks with focus on coverage planning, capacity management, and RF fundamentals including signal strength optimization and channel planning - Implement and manage routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VLANs, STP, and VTP protocols Required Qualifications - 8 to 10 years of professional experience in network administration and infrastructure management - Expert knowledge of Palo Alto firewall technologies, Panorama, and VPN installation with troubleshooting capabilities - Deep understanding of 802.11 wireless standards including a, b, g, n, ac, and ax variants - Hands-on experience with enterprise WLAN controllers and access point management - Proven expertise in Cisco unified communications stack including CUCM, Unity, and related components - Strong foundation in routing, switching, and firewall fundamentals including NAT, HA, APP-ID, and content filtering - Any graduate or postgraduate degree Why Join Us Tata Consultancy Services offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge IT infrastructure projects with leading global clients.
