Mid Level Manager L2 - Medical Info Product Support (PQCM)

Role Overview Wipro is looking for an experienced Mid Level Manager L2 to drive operational excellence and account growth within its IT Services and Consulting division. This role is central to maximizing process efficiency, ensuring contract compliance, and delivering superior customer experiences across assigned accounts. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Medical Info Product Support (PQCM) and a strong track record of leading cross-functional delivery teams. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with senior leaders to develop strategic and operational plans for account growth, including identifying new geographies and alternate revenue streams - Ensure all SLA parameters are consistently met and maintain a green card status across all accounts at all times - Review audit findings and drive corrective actions to eliminate major non-compliances and delivery risks - Monitor delivery dashboards and MIS reports to track account performance against quality, operational, and fulfillment metrics - Lead and manage project escalations, early warning signals, and potential risks to prevent revenue leakage - Ensure timely invoicing in line with contract terms, resolve billing disputes, and maintain accurate budgeting and expense tracking - Conduct weekly cadence calls with Workforce Management to ensure resource optimization and compliance with agreed manpower numbers - Drive retention initiatives including relevant training and certifications, floor engagement activities, and one-on-one connects with delivery team members - Evaluate team performance using key metrics such as accuracy and customer service indicators, setting clear direction and course-correcting as needed Required Qualifications - 5 to 8 years of experience in operations or account management roles with mandatory expertise in Medical Info Product Support (PQCM) - Proven ability to manage delivery governance, contract compliance, and resource planning across large accounts - Strong understanding of SLA management, budgeting, invoicing processes, and strategic planning frameworks - Experience conducting external and internal audit reviews and implementing systemic improvements - Graduate degree in any discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners Why Join Us Wipro is a globally recognized technology and consulting leader offering unparalleled opportunities for career growth, continuous learning, and meaningful impact.
