Role Overview
MMF-Hospitals Association is looking for a qualified and dedicated Medical Officer to join its clinical team in Pune. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity suited for an MBBS-qualified physician registered with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC). The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical acumen, a patient-first approach, and the ability to work collaboratively across hospital departments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients across OPD and ward settings. Conduct thorough patient assessments, accurate diagnoses, and timely treatment planning. Coordinate effectively with specialist departments, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless patient management. Handle emergency cases with composure and clinical precision. Counsel patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital protocols.
Required Qualifications
MBBS degree from a recognised medical institution. Valid registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC). Hands-on clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting. Proficiency in patient diagnosis, emergency response, and clinical management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient counselling.

Requirements
MBBS degree from a recognised and accredited medical institution
Active registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC)
4 to 9 years of clinical experience in a hospital or equivalent healthcare setup

Experience in emergency care and acute patient management
