Medical Head

Role Overview Health Care Global Enterprises is looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Head to lead clinical operations at its hospital facility in Hubli. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical leadership skills, a track record in NABH or JCI accreditation, and the ability to drive quality care across multiple medical specialties. This is a senior leadership role suited to a medical professional who can balance operational efficiency with exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Lead, supervise, and coordinate all medical departments, consultants, and clinical staff - Establish and implement evidence-based clinical protocols and treatment guidelines across specialties - Drive quality improvement programs, patient safety initiatives, and clinical governance frameworks - Monitor clinical indicators including mortality reviews, infection control measures, and adverse event reporting - Spearhead NABH and JCI accreditation activities and ensure ongoing compliance with quality audit requirements - Manage credentialing, privileging, mentoring, and performance evaluation of doctors and consultants - Organise continuing medical education programs, CMEs, and in-house training activities - Ensure full compliance with statutory, legal, and healthcare regulatory requirements - Maintain hospital licensing and accreditation standards and oversee clinical documentation practices - Oversee daily clinical operations across all specialties and coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, diagnostics, and operations teams - Improve patient flow, bed utilisation, and overall service delivery efficiency - Support hospital budgeting, cost-control initiatives, and contribute to strategic growth planning Required Qualifications - MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification such as MBA or PGDM preferred - 5 to 8 years of experience in clinical leadership or hospital administration - Demonstrated expertise in NABH and JCI accreditation processes - Strong background in clinical governance, medical staff management, and regulatory compliance - Excellent communication, team management, and conflict resolution skills Why Join Us Health Care Global Enterprises is one of India's leading cancer care and multispecialty hospital networks, offering a purpose-driven work environment where medical professionals make a meaningful difference every day.
