Medical Devices Specialist

Role Overview SingMed Healthcare Systems is seeking an experienced Medical Devices Specialist to support clinical, regulatory, marketing, and business development functions across its Southeast Asia distribution network. This is a fully remote role based in Mumbai with working hours aligned to Singapore Standard Time, offering significant exposure to international medical device operations. The ideal candidate brings deep regulatory knowledge, clinical support experience, and strong communication skills suited to cross-border collaboration. Key Responsibilities - Provide remote clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals and distributors across Southeast Asia - Prepare clinical documentation, product guides, FAQs, and detailed case studies for field use - Coordinate post-market surveillance activities and manage adverse event reporting in compliance with applicable regulations - Support marketing efforts by localising promotional content and maintaining key customer relationships - Track leads, sales performance metrics, and campaign data using CRM tools - Manage CDSCO product registrations, handle regulatory submissions, and oversee license renewals - Maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation and monitor changes in medical device regulations - Analyse product utilisation, market trends, and demand patterns to inform business planning - Participate in virtual meetings and collaborate with regional teams across different geographies - Prepare monthly reports covering sales activities, regulatory updates, and market intelligence Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field; Master's degree preferred - Minimum 5 years of experience in medical devices, clinical specialist, product specialist, or regulatory affairs roles - Strong working knowledge of CDSCO/MDR, FDA, and CE regulations with exposure to ISO 13485 and IEC standards - Experience in clinical support, product training, or clinical research environments - Exposure to B2B medical device marketing and international distributor networks - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and remote collaboration tools - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills Why Join Us This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a Singapore-headquartered organisation and gain hands-on experience with Southeast Asian regulatory markets, including potential visits to Singapore HQ and regional events.
