Role Overview The Medical Coding Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of medical coders while ensuring accurate and timely coding of medical records according to industry standards. This full-time on-site position is based in Kochi and offers the opportunity to lead a team while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation workflows.
