We are looking for an experienced Manager in Project Management to join our Kochi operations and lead complex cross-functional programs to successful delivery. Key Responsibilities - Lead and guide the delivery of moderate to complex projects, programs, and portfolios across departments - Plan and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective completion - Organize interdepartmental meetings and facilitate clear communication of project scope, goals, and team responsibilities - Direct the activities of project support staff, subject matter experts, and sub-contractors - Establish and maintain stakeholder expectations, reporting procedures, and project performance monitoring - Coordinate project priorities through critical thinking and structured problem solving across an organisational matrix - Manage performance appraisals, training, hiring, and team engagement initiatives for a team of three or more employees - Prepare and distribute project activity reports and manage operational and financial issues as they arise Required Qualifications - Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline - 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in project or program management - Strong understanding of project management frameworks, policies, and best practices - Proven ability to manage professional employees and supervisors in a matrix organisation - Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal and external parties - Demonstrated experience translating business strategy into actionable project plans and deliverables Why Join Us At Conduent, individuality is noticed and valued every day, giving you the platform to personally thrive and make a meaningful difference.
