Manager AR - Hospital Billing UB04

Role Overview Eclat Health Solutions is hiring an experienced AR Manager to lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations at their Hyderabad facility. This is a senior leadership role focused on Hospital Billing (UB04), Prior Authorization, and Payment Posting, working a night shift aligned to US healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will bring deep RCM expertise, strong team leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of managing multiple billing scopes and client accounts. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end RCM operations covering Hospital Billing, Accounts Receivable, Prior Authorization, and Payment Posting - Lead, supervise, and develop the UB04 Institutional Billing team across performance, hiring, and retention - Ensure accurate and timely claim submission and cash posting in compliance with payer guidelines - Monitor quality benchmarks, productivity targets, and SLAs across all RCM functions - Handle client communication, escalation management, and regular reporting - Analyze claim denials, rejections, and posting variances and implement corrective action plans - Collaborate with Coding, QA, and AR teams to maintain smooth end-to-end workflow - Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and cost optimization strategies - Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders Required Qualifications - Minimum 11 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management - At least 5 years in a managerial or team leadership role within RCM - Hands-on expertise in UB04 Hospital Billing and Institutional Claims - Working knowledge of Prior Authorization and Payment Posting processes - Strong understanding of denials management, payer guidelines, and regulatory compliance - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client communication skills - Any graduate qualification; healthcare background preferred - Willingness to work night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Why Join Us Eclat Health Solutions offers a dynamic and growth-oriented environment where experienced RCM professionals can lead high-impact operations for US healthcare clients.
