Management Accountant

Role Overview Davies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our Consulting & Technology Finance team in Pune. You will be responsible for all aspects of preparing management account packs, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities - Prepare complete monthly management account packs from trial balance. - Calculate and post entries for revenue, cost accruals, deferrals, and prepayments. - Manage payroll processing, intercompany recharges, and intercompany reconciliations. - Perform foreign exchange (FX) adjustments and general bank reconciliations. - Conduct P&L reviews, balance sheet reviews, and fixed asset management. - Assist with external audits, document preparation, and liaise with auditors. - Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and timesheet processes. - Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve financial systems. Required Qualifications - Semi-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification. - Minimum of 7 years of post-qualification experience in a management accountant role. - Strong experience in preparating Management Accounting packs and balance sheet reconciliations. - Highly accurate, organized self-starter with good communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. - 7+ years of post-qualification experience as a Management/Financial Accountant. - Semi-qualified ACCA or CIMA. - Deep knowledge of preparing Management Accounting packs and trial balance reconciliations. - Experience with fixed asset management, accruals, prepayments, and FX revaluation. - Strong analytical, communication, and error-correction skills.
