Role Overview Join Barclays as a Legal Entity Booking specialist in Pune to assess the integrity and effectiveness of our internal control framework. You will collaborate across banking units to mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks. Your work will drive continuous improvement, aligning operations with established policies, regulations, and best practices. Key Responsibilities - Assess the integrity and effectiveness of internal controls to support risk mitigation - Collaborate with bank-wide stakeholders to document control assessments and findings - Identify and investigate potential weaknesses in internal controls to promote improvements - Develop detailed reports communicating risk findings and recommendations to senior management - Execute reviews to evaluate control frameworks against regulatory standards and policies - Implement methodologies to assess controls aligned to the Barclays Controls Framework Required Qualifications - Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification - Graduate or Postgraduate degree with controls, audit, or risk management experience - Experience in operational risk management, controls assurance, or control business partnering - Proven ability to design and standardize governance processes and operating models - Advanced data, Management Information, and analytical capability to drive decisions Why Join Us At Barclays, you will thrive in an inclusive culture defined by respect, integrity, service, excellence, and stewardship.
