Leasing Manager

Seeking a sharp, experienced, and highly driven leasing professional to lead and build out our new leasing division from the ground up. This role requires deep real estate knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to create and execute systems across residential, commercial, and retail leasing. Must possess ownership, strategic thinking, and a high-performance mindset. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement GAP Group’s leasing strategy across residential, commercial, and retail assets
• Identify and onboard tenants through targeted outreach and relationship building
• Draft, negotiate, and manage leasing contracts and legal documents

Experience:

5–6 years in real estate leasing (residential, commercial, retail)

• 5–6 years in real estate leasing (residential, commercial, retail)
• Language: Extremely proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM platforms, cloud tools, and digital documentation workflows
