Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end logistics and shipping operations for global cargo. - Coordinate freight forwarding activities across various shipping channels. - Provide high-quality customer service while interacting with European stakeholders. - Oversee operational execution and resolve complex supply chain exceptions. - Maintain accurate shipment tracking and data integrity in internal systems. - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Support compliance with international trade regulations and Maersk policies. Required Qualifications - Prior experience in freight forwarding is mandatory. - End-to-end shipment knowledge and logistics experience is required. - Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in shipping operations. - Strong verbal and written English communication skills. - Ability to work from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM with fixed weekend offs. - Collaborative mindset suited for international team environments.
