Key Responsibilities - Diagnose and resolve complex technical and security issues impacting business operations. - Champion ITIL standards, security guidelines, and data privacy policies to minimize risks. - Perform root cause analysis on escalated incidents and implement permanent solutions. - Maintain and update a comprehensive knowledge base with documented technical solutions. - Act as a mentor to junior analysts and deliver training programs for freshers. - Proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities to protect customer data. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, incident management, and data security practices. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address complex technical bugs. - Outstanding communication and mentoring skills to guide junior team members.
