Role Overview
HCLTech is looking for a dedicated Lead Administrator (Support & Operations) in Chennai to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues impacting business operations. In this role, you will champion ITIL practices, ensure data privacy, and enhance customer satisfaction through root cause analysis. Join us to elevate customer support operations and guide our operations team toward excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical and security issues impacting business operations.
- Champion ITIL standards, security guidelines, and data privacy policies to minimize risks.
- Perform root cause analysis on escalated incidents and implement permanent solutions.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive knowledge base with documented technical solutions.
- Act as a mentor to junior analysts and deliver training programs for freshers.
- Proactively identify and address potential security vulnerabilities to protect customer data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, incident management, and data security practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address complex technical bugs.
- Outstanding communication and mentoring skills to guide junior team members.
